Second, we are announcing the integration and partnership of Galileo with HiBob, the fastest growing mid-market human capital software company.
HiBob, with 4,000+ customers, is one of the leading end-to-end mid-market HCM vendors and this brings Galileo to all their customers.
Effective now, any HiBob user (HR professional, manager, or employee) can access Galileo with a single click to ask questions, compose training plans, or get coaching. This gives HR managers and employees who use HiBob instant access to Galileo’s AI-powered consulting, education, and problem-solving capabilities.
Why This Is Important: The Galileo Inside Strategy
The AI landscape is exploding and companies want to standardize their AI agent platforms.
So what we decided to do is open up Galileo so you can experience its power inside these other systems. And this means Galileo’s intelligence and data can intermingle and expand the utility of other AI systems..

Imagine you’re using NowAssist as a platform for case management, hiring, onboarding, or other HR-related activities. With Galileo inside employees and HR teams can ask “what would be the best way to onboard this new team mate” or “can you give me an example of a company doing this?” or “can you give me a series of steps to implement this solution in the best way?”
Galileo becomes the “consultant” to help with your case or issue.
Other examples of use-cases include:
- Imagine your company uses ServiceNow for HR policies, benefits administration, performance, and global hiring policies. An HR professional or manager who is hiring an engineer could ask “what are the top skills I should consider for this position” or “can you develop a behavioral interview guide and rubric for me” in this hiring process?
- Using the Mercury Release data (just announced) you could then ask NowAssist “What is the benchmark salary for this position in Cleveland vs. Cincinnati?” and then dig into more detail.
- NowAssist with Galileo becomes an HR design tool, hiring tool, benchmarking tool, and leadership development tool. Since Galileo is already trained on all these domains you can consider NowAssist an HR “consultant,” opening up opportunities for companies to deploy NowAssist to new use-cases.
As companies deploy this solution the system will “learn” about your HR policies, blending your internal HR practices with Galileo’s corpus (protected in your environment).
Employees, managers, and HR professionals could ask, for example, “what are our policies for a bonus and by the way, what possible actions should I take to reward our employees?” The answer would be a customized plan based on your company’s reward and recognition elements.
